Resetting Your Chrome User Account
If you are missing plugins, extensions, or bookmarks in your Chrome browser, you may need to refresh your Chrome account.
Look up on the top left corner of your screen. Do you see something like this?
Or in the top right, does it show your name like this?
If it doesn't have both, we need to reset your user account to update! Go to Refreshing an Existing Account.
IMPORTANT: If you have a little alert icon by your name, click it and re-enter your password. That may resolve the issue. If not, follow the remaining steps.
Logging Into A Chrome Account:

- Open Google Chrome.
- Now, Click on the person in the top right corner, and choose Sign In To Chrome.
- Enter your full email address.
- Enter Your password.
